Hello my crafty friends! I have been wondering how everyone is coming along with their holiday cardmaking. All mailed out yet? I have been diligent, but I must confess I am not quite finished. Hopefully this weekend!
Today I want to show you this super quick and easy holiday card using the Time of Giving bundle. The Time of Giving cling stamp set is bundled with the Giving Gifts Dies (bundle pricing that will only be available through the end of the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog, January 3). If you go to p. 61 of the mini catalog, this is where I got the idea to pair this bundle with the Tailor Made Tags dies.
The card base is a top fold, landscape A2 card (8 1/2" x 11" sheet, scored at 4 1/4" and cut in half at 5 1/2") in Evening Evergreen or Soft Succulent cardstock. The next layer is the alternate of these two colors and the "snow" is stamped in either White Craft or Evening Evergreen to accent. You can use any size of the tags, but I used the smallest one to get the most out of my DSP. The largest one in matching cardstock to the base for the Santa/Sleigh and Reindeer.
The "Merry" sentiment is a die cut from the Word Wishes Dies (see p. 14, 166 in the Annual Catalog). First time I have used this one(!!), but it looks great in Merry Merlot on this tag cut from a cute Sahara Sand sheet from the Tidings of Christmas DSP pack.
Finishing touches: The bow is also a die from the Giving Gifts Dies. A bit of the Gold Fine Art Ribbon tied off with a piece of Linen Trim.
Thank you for stopping by my blog today! I hope my project has inspired your creativity. I would love to see what you have created. Feel free to leave a positive comment below with a trail to find you so I can find your creations out on the "www" - I look forward to it.
