Wedding Season Started Early This Year

Hello my crafty friends! This year is full of weddings. The first one was last month. Unfortunately, I caught a nasty flu and didn't want to give it to everyone in attendance so I had to skip the wedding event. Of course, that didn't stop the card making! 

Sentiment is from the Simply Beautiful stamp set. I fussy cut a beautiful flower from the Lovely and Beautiful Specialty Designer Series Paper for the main feature. The side panel is a strip of the DSP with an arrangement of green leaves.

I will share my next wedding card after the event. 

RANDOM THOUGHTS:  Couldn’t resist coordinating the card with the gift wrapping so I used a piece of the wrapping paper from the gift.

I (HEART):  The beautiful flowers from the Specialty Designer Series Paper. This DSP is a must have. 😊

Valentine's Day Is Right Around the Corner

Well, time is ticking. If you haven't finished those valentine's cards yet, there is no time for dilly dally. I want to share with you today my card design in both Strawberry Slush and Poppy Parade. Hope you all have a great Valentine's day!!

Peaceful Garden - More than Just a Holiday-Themed Designer Series Paper

Just a quick post to remind everyone that there is still "life" left in your holiday pattern papers, and specifically Stampin' Up!'s "Designer Series Paper." Stampin' Up! gives you more bang for your buck with double-sided pattern papers in both 6" x 6" and 12" x 12" sizes. And, what I call the "B" side of those gorgeous papers is usually a beautiful, coordinating design to the theme-inspired design.

My card today shows off the "B" side from one of the sheets in the Peaceful Garden 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper (and Sticker Sheet), Item #165917. This pattern paper creates a beautiful background for this birthday card. 

I also wanted to point out that this particular DSP has had a long life (in Stampin' Up! time) as it is part of the Peaceful Garden Suite collection, which was the featured product of the Creativity Now virtual and in-person event for Stampin' Up! demonstrators back in June 2025. I checked today and the DSP is still available for purchase, however, I recommend that you do not delay if you want some of this awesome paper. Simple Valentine's Day Card Featuring Banner Sayings

Just getting back in the swing of things from the holidays. Hope everyone had the best holiday ever! Yesterday was our first workshop of 2026. We had plenty to do and plenty catching up - as you can imagine! Of course, we had plenty of valentine cards to make! The card in this picture features the Banner Sayings Bundle (sentiment and punch), the heart dies from the Love Hope and Joy Bundle, the Lovely Stripes 3D Embossing Folder, and the December Product of the Month Designer Series Paper, True Blue. I agree, not a traditional color for a valentine's day card, but cute nonetheless!
